• Only unused products with tags and original packaging are accepted.

• Time to request: 30 days from delivery.

• Sale or “Final Sale” items are not returnable.

Cancellations

• Full order cancellations are only allowed before shipment.

• To request one, email cuerpocelestevibes@gmail.com.

• If cancellation is not possible, you may request a return once the order is delivered.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after the package is received.

• If you used PayPal, the refund may be credited to your PayPal account.

5. Warranties

Coverage

• Limited warranty for manufacturing defects: up to 15 days after delivery for unused items, and up to 90 days for quality defects from normal use.

• Excludes damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, non-genuine materials, or third parties.

-Hand wash or machine wash on delicate cycle with cold water.

-Use mild liquid soap.

-Do not use bleach, fabric softener or harsh chemicals.

-Do not wring. Do not iron.

-Do not tumble dry. Dry in the shade.

When will I receive my order?

• We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. For PO Boxes or military addresses, we use USPS only, which may take longer.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer next-day and 2-day express shipping. Costs and availability depend on the destination state and are shown at checkout. This service cannot be added after the order is placed.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Items and sizes cannot be changed. To cancel or modify the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at cuerpocelestevibes@gmail.com. The success of the request depends on the order status.

Can I return my order?

• You have 30 days to return unused products with tags and in original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted for sale items or items marked “Final Sale.”
